dies out at half throttle

Yeah, well that's not your transmission then. Thinking that your fuel supply might not be keeping up with demand as the throttle opens would be a logical "first guess". You'll want to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to your fuel rail to see what's going on, or maybe going down. Also, find the vacuum hose that's connected to the fuel pressure regulator (mounted on the fuel rail). Pull the hose and see if there is any fuel in there, if so, then it's bad.

if theres gas comming out the lines from the FPR then the FPR is bad?

i know what all those thing are.

but what i dont know is where in these cars it is ( fuel rail)

i just orded a inline fuel filter

That...you can google, and see reference pictures. And yes, if there's fuel in the hose, the fpr is bad.
Don't install a (non-original placement) in-line filter, you're dealing with a high pressure fuel line. Replace the factory filter, it's located near the rear drivers side frame, in front of the rear tire.

Good, that's a factory replacement filter. When you said an in-line filter, I pictured you grabbing one of those universal types off the shelf.
You might get lucky and find your existing filter is dirty and restricted.

fuel rail is located on top of the engine on the left and right side of the intake

and did the issue begin only after the tv cable was replaced? they may have knocked a sensor off

since there on two sides and two fuel rails does that mean there two FPR's

sorry for my incompetence but ive really only worked on 4cyls

maybe it was havving an issue with cutting off but i was just thinking that was part of the tv cable being messed up
