I just got a GMMG chambered exhaust system and it has a "decent power" gain from the rusted through Flowmasters. But as many do, I am looking for some more "Decent Power" gains from some bolt ons. I have a Ram Air system with a hood on its way, but I was thinking also headers or fuel pump, injectors, hiFlow cat, etc. what do you seasoned pros think I should do. The car SOUNDS like it has a F**king 500 horse firebreather but i want it to have that power...not actually 500 but more than what i have now.Are there any tuned header kits for the thirdgen v8s ? i got a 91 rs 305tbi

Hooker Headers has a vast array of tuned full lenght headers for all Camaros.

 

Forget about upgrading the fuel system, which is more than adequate for the mods you a have and are planning. Upgrade the exhaust as Uncle Bill suggested. Getting more power out of a 305 can get to be a lot of work, and expensive.

 

How much of a hp gain are we talkin if used with a hi flow cat convertor? Ball park. cuz i was llokin at soe SLPs for the fourth gen and some say that you can gain 41 hp and 56 ft lbs sound like bull**** to me, but still thanks so headers are next on the list

 

The only way the new cat will add 45HP is if the old cat was clogged. Look for something between 5-10 HP.
