ok 1st- ive been looking for a short-throw shifter for my 5speed. now i noticed the ford t5 looks exactly like the chevy (im refering to the mounting of the shifter itself) and the ford ones are like $20 cheaper. will the ford fit the chevy? if no, why?

2nd- do u think the 3rd gen transam dash(guages,dashpad, the whole 9) will fit in the maros.

 

No, the camaro T5's bellhousing is canted 17*

If completely removed and completely replaced I am confident it will fit as they are essentially the same car
