Default clutch release problem

here is the back story. transmission went bad so i replaced it. in order to do that i took the hydraulic slave cylinder off of the bell housing so i could remove the bell housing and now my clutch will not release all of the way.

i purchased a Zoom Performance Products 30009 - Zoom High Performance Clutch Kit

what is going on. i would like to get this fixed asap.

You'll need a helper to fix the problem. One person to push the clutch in, and another to open the bleed screw. Once the cluth is depressed hold it down and then open the bleed screw. Close it before releasing the clutch pedal, and repeat this 3-4 times. After that all should be fine again.

i dont see how the travel is being affected by the car being up in the air. are the forks properly over the release bearing? is the fluid level full in the master cylinder? dont just look at it because the old fluid will stain the resivior. open it up and look inside.

Check the static adjustment before the clutch is depressed. How much freeplay do you have in the arm?
