you might want to look into your states emmision laws. so far as I know only california is really **** about emissions.

its not even the whole state. its JUST my county and a few around it. it dosent have to "work" persay, but it has to look like its in working oder.

Honestly, I have a hard time believing there is nothing you can do... There HAS to be some time of loop hole. I know in Broward County FL (where I built my Camaro) they do visual checks, but my car is exempt from any emissions testing and odometer checks. When you start completely retrofitting a vehicle, usually you can become exempt.

sure, i can get rid of the smog pump and all that.. its called go LS.. lol
