Default car not starting everytime with supercharger

ok.... I have a fuel injected 89 IROC-Z with a Paxton supercharger.... The car used to be cool... then out of no where is started not starting.....

It starts fine in the first time of the day, then it warms up a bit, then it wont start.... let it chill for a half hour, then it will start... then when you shut it off, it wont start.... its very picky when it wants to start after it gets warm...

And yes, we already checked fuel pressure (OK), Spark (replaced wires, coil, etc.. now OK), and hooked up an OBD scanner to check if there where any codes or anomolies and we still cannot figure out this problem... anybody had this before?

Ignition Module. It's under the distributor, and has a wire of some sort plugged in to it (sorry I can't give more detail, but I haven't actually even looked at my Camaro in months) The last time I had this issue, I had to replace an ignition module twice. If it does fix the problem, and then it comes back, you'll likely need a new distributor.

so.. I think that it was replaced.... just out of curiosity, why would a bad distributer cause the ignition module to go out?

I'm not entirely sure why. I was young and inexperienced the one time I had to deal with it, and since then, I've never come accross it again. I would have to guess that something in the distributor was either shorting to it and overloading the circuitry or it was getting too hot for similar reasons, but when I replaced the distributor, I no longer had any modules go bad, and the car lasted untill a chewed through battery cable shorted out and caught the car on fire 6 months later.

The car will start with a good or bad MAF sensor. However, it wouldn't idle correctly or drive correctly with a bad MAF.
