Those are a Cragar Chrome Quick Trick wheel .Those were popular in the 1970`s. Probably 15 X 7`s with 4" of back spacing .They seem to be still available in other sizes.

American Racing sold some that looked just like this. I had the ones with the face gold and the ring chrome on my 74. Sorry I can not remember the model name. I think everyone carried the fake 2 pc rims.
