Im new to the whole forum thing so i thought i would try it. my name is tyler, im 16 and i drive a 91 RS. i want a new cam but im not sure what to get and what else i need if i get a new one. give me some advice.

is it a V6 or V8, if its a V6 why would you want to cam it out. save up for a V8 conversion, or buy an older camaro with a 350 .

yes it is a V8 but only the 305

youd be much happier in the end if u went to a junkyard and found a 350.

If You want to change the cam, probably a complete cam kit from Comp Cams or one of the top cam brands. Keep the duration @ .050" under 225 degrees and You should be ok with a decent sound.
