Default Cams...

Next winter I plan on pulling the motor out of the camaro and building it up some more... A short list for ya':

Jegs 1.5 ratio aluminum roller rockers

Jegs aluminum race heads, 64cc combustion chambers, 2.05 valves, 195cc intake runners, assembled with .700 max lift, and angled plugs

Jegs noisy cam gear drive

Hedman long tube ceramic coated headers

Comp Cams hardened push rods

Edelbrock Elite tall valve covers and aluminum timing cover

Jegs 7qt aluminum drag oil pan, and high flow pickup

Edelbrock Torker II single plane intake manifold

Mr. Gasket full gasket set

Based on that info, plus my current specs (rebuilt engine, steel crank, forged pistons, high flow/volume oil pump, built 700R4, 2300 stall converter, .436 lift cam, holley street avenger 670), what cam would you recommend? Remember I want this to stay streetable and start during the winter, so im skeptical on how aggressive I can go. Here are the two I have really been looking at:

http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp+Cams/249/12-250-3/10001/-1
http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp+Cams/249/12-246-3/10001/-1

Would either of those be too aggressive? Do I NEED to get a higher stall converter, if not, what would the negative effects be? Anything else you suggest, or anything different you would suggest from what I listed above? I plan on doing this over the entire next winter, and ive already bought the roller rockers.
