Brake problems
I just installed new brake lines on the back of my Camaro. Ever since I changed them the brake light has been on ever since. I bled the brakes several times including the front. Any answers to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

This is a common issue with jeeps after a brake job. First, the stupid questions, is the brake light accompanied by an ABS light and is the master cyl. full? If there is no ABS light and the master is full, then whats happened is the proportioning valve has triped most likely when you started to bleed the brakes. All you have to do is center the valve. To do this first make sure the system is completly bleed, then with the key on engine off just slam down on the brake pedel fast and hard. Watch the brake light, it should go out. You may feel a pop through the brake pedel thats the valve reseting. To avoid this in the future gravity bleed the brakes first, and don't pump the brakes when you bleed, open the bleeder valve and slowly push the pedel down, close valve and repete, this prevents one large pocket of air from becoming a billion small ones that take forever to bleed out. hope that solves your problem.
