Big hammer fixes everything!!
SO I dusted her off and got ready to wake her up from winter slumber. The last thing I had to do was fix the pass window. It got stuck in the 1/2 way down position on my last ride of last season. I pulled the armrest and padding and exposed the motor and it dawned on me.......rap it with a hammer....
wack wack. Hit the switch.....the motor hummed to life and the window went up.......did this several more times and it seems to be fine now........it would occasionally get stuck but a little tap would get it going again.
Needless to say I went onEGay this morning and purchased some window motors.....Im sure this hammer thing will only work fo so long........But at least I got it closed....spring is almost here.

I call it Egay because I am an avid firearms collector and they just instuted this retarted 'no gun parts' policy. Dont get me wrong, I do tons of shopping on ebay. Im just really pised that I cant get collectable gun parts and accessories there anymore. Gunbroker is my only other alternative. (Auctionarms is a joke)
As far as junk yards are concerned......have you ever been to a junkyard here in the Northeast? Whats not rusted apart has been picked clean over. I can tell you every 3rd gen Camaro in every boneyard for 50 miles around. Id much rather pay 35 bucks for two brand new motors off Egay. [&:]
