Looks like my nose might be beyond repair. Anybody got a nose/skin for a 1982 Z28 thats in good shape?

(I know this belongs in "want to buy' but nobody looks there!)

 

How bad is it? Does it just have tears or are there bad stretched areas?
And your right, no body does look there.

 

It had about 3 layers of HEAVY paint on it so I chemically stripped it with a MILD stripper. Only 85% of the paint came off, and I think there is some warping right where the badge goes. Now its all speckled and just generally looks like crap. No cracks, but one of the driver side mounting flanges is tore off. Im afraid to put it back on and I want to start with a fresh one....

 

I have seen a few of the 82-84 warped on the center of the nose. My 84 was like that. Hopfully you find a good one.
