Today , I am back on the car have vacuumed little over two hrs. and have a fan blowing into the condenser and at this point have gotten 16 to 18 oz. in the system . It has stopped taking coolant at this point . My pressures are up to just over 150 on the high side , when compressor is on . The dryer is cold but not cold enough to start sweating and the liquid line is cold up to where it runs through the orifice tubes.
I have a steady 150 on the low side , compressor on or off . I keep thinking the low side will drop but no . The compressor is cycling on/off and is staying on , maybe three seconds at a time now but that is about it . What am I missing or doing wrong here ?
