Whenever i shift into a gear and give it a little bit of the throttle is jerks really nasty im guess its the motor mounts but someone else told me it could be the transmission mounts? Does anybody know how to figure out which one it is?

 

That is the motor mounts, I have a 91 Z28 that jerked when I put it in drive. I replaced the motor mounts and it fixed it

 

Thanks bro, Yeah i Just picked up the motor mounts today i got the polyurethane ones so it would last longer cause i go hard on that throttle lol......
