Hey new to forum been looking around and looking good my question is my 92 305 tbi all it will do is crank and not turn over it happened without warning just one morning it didint start and hasent since im getting great spark good compression but no fuel ive tried to locate the fuel pump relay cant find it but there is no fuel at the throttle body so it would have to a fuel issue right what else could it be

If there is an inline filter, its backwards, if not its the electric fuel pump in the tank

 

you think it coulde be the fuel filters in backwards even after its been starting and runnig great since i got it a couple years ago i was thinking about changing that first to try and save some time and money so i will i hope it that its funny that it did this no warnig at all thanks ill try that

 

YOU SAID THE MOTOR WIL NOT TURN OVER, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IT COULD BE A FUEL PROBLEM? JUST TRING TO GET SOME BETTER DETAILS. THANKS

 

yeah it wont turn over it cranks ive eliminated out every thing i could think of and all i come up with is its fuel when i have someone crank it up a look at the throttle body and no fuel is coming out and i here the relay clicking but when i go to the back to listen to the fuel pump its hard to hear even when its dead silence because of the buzzing when i put the key in what else could be keeping the fuel pump from turning on thanks

 

SOON AS YOU TURN THE KEY YOU SHOULD HERE THE FUEL PUMP BUZZ FOR A SECOND OR TWO. WILL THE MOTOR TURN OVER ANY?
