hi, my first time on the forum, i am mark and i live in the UK and own a 1991 z28 convertible. My problem started last week, i drove to work and parked up, after an hour or so i was asked to move my car, she turned over fine but would not fire at all. Called the breakdown truck and it arrived about an hour later, when he arrived she fired up fine!drove home and got about half way when she just died.
she turns over and has spark and fuel, she just wont fire. By flook she started yesterday and i drove her for about a mile running great and she died again.
Fitted a new O2 sensor, new MAP sensor, new manifold temp sensor, now cant get any codes as the service engine light has stopped illuminating altogether.... PLEASE HELP!!!

 

Maybe You Should Go Through And Check All The Wire Connections. Especially Where The Wire Block Goes Through The Firewall On The Drivers Side And Maybe Check The Connections That Plug Into The Computer Itself. Its Located On The Passenger Side Floorboard Kick Panel. If It's Getting Gas And Fire It Should Run. Sick

 

It sounds like it could be the alternator, if your lights are kinda dimming on and off that is probably it.
