have you checked the fuel filter? it's located on the drivers side in front of the rear wheel. can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on? check your filter first. then if you can hear the pump prime you need to check the pressure. if you can't hear it prime you need to check the relays. if that doesn't help your gonna have to drop the tank and change the pump. you have to jack the body not the axle very high, til the rear wheels just leave the ground. remove the rear axle support and the exhaust. then it will slide out. have anymore questions just hollar. sick

On the the 305 models i believe they are toward the center of the firewall . there will be two or three relays there together. i believe the fuel relay has a pink, gray, and a couple other wires going to it. quite frankly tho, if it primed it isn't the relay. did you check your filter?

sick is more than likely right, when i first got my camaro it would do the exact same thing ( i would crank the engineand then spray some of the starter fluid and the engine would turn on for 2 seconds), try also checking your lines for anything that may be clogging the lines. maybe your fuel pump is on the verge of making its last pump

ill check the filter tomorrow, also i dont know if this will help narrow it down or not, but before this happend the oil pressure was kind of low, and there was a sound coming from the drivers side firewall somewhere that sounded like arching, like a loud tick, that got louder and faster before it died. it was not an exaust tick though, sounded electrical
