91 Camaro Z Idle at 3000RPM
I just rebuilt my 305 TPI engine and put it back in and it started however the idle is at 2500-3000 rpm and it won't come down. It put a code scanner into interface under the dash and a code 22 was coming up which indicates low voltage on the TPS. I disconnected the battery to clear the code but it still idles at 3000. What am I missing?
