I made this video. i should make another, i guess you can't really hear my voice, but i turn the car to the on position and everyhing loads up and looks fine, go to turn the key and instant shut down, just one click.
i've taken the starter and selonoid to autozone, they tested it, says everything is fine.
i checkd the grounds, they look good.
battery charge is 100% took it to autozone they tested it.

Tough to see, but it looks like a massive short. Even though you said you checked, it sounds like it's at/near the starter.....bad ground is a possibility, but you said you checked that as well.

If it's not a ground, verify that all cables/wires are good and you aren't pulling amps from something else.

With a test meter, check for voltage at the start terminal on the starter solenoid, with the key in the start position. If you have 12 volts-ish there, then you have starter problems or a bad engine ground. If no voltage, trace the problem back to the ignition switch; the wiring or switch itself. You can bypass the ignition switch by jumping across the start terminal and main battery terminal on the starter solenoid using a screwdriver. It'll probably startle you at first, provided it activates the starter. Your engine should turn over this way, whether or not the ignition key is on.

That's part of tracing the wiring back to the ignition switch!
If jiggling in park doesn't work, try it in neutral. The engine should start in either position.

That looks like what it does with a loose battery terminal so I would say you have a loose wire somewhere along the line.

hmm, no everything seems pretty tight from the battery to the alternator and to the starter solenoid. but maybe it's just a bad wire?
and yep good idea camaro 60!! i wonder if it starts in neutral and now it always has to be in neutral, i guess i can hold the brake if i'm on a hill.

If it starts in neutral and not in park, then either your neutral safety switch is bad, or it's slightly out of adjustment in relation to the shifter position.
