That would be 100% fabbed up brackets and exhaust. Could it be done? Sure, anything can be done.

That $250 Turbo from a Supra is going to cost you a lot of dollars & labor before it will work (????). The only gain was the guy who sold it to you for the $250.

If you havent actually paid him the money yet, I would give him the turbo back. If your going to turbo it. Buy a whole complete kit. The bearings in turbos wear out and the fin in the middle wobbles around. I would want a NEW turbo along with everthing to go with it. It would be cheaper just to buy you a v8 camaro and you would have more power than a turboed v6.

turbo only needs rebuilt if it needs them. if properly driven and idled down before shut down, a turbo can last a million miles. however, you may want to look into swapping the engine. the 2.8's bottom end is not too reliable with power adders. you can look into getting a 3.8 and build that similar to a GNX.

LOL, Sorry but turbo a 2.8? Many of those things didn't make it out of warranty without needing a crank. Why not just pull the pan and hit the crank with a big sledge hammer. It will be a lot cheaper and have about the same results.

That would also be why no one makes a kit for it. Step one would be upgrade the crank and rods.
