I have a 89 iroc that I both off a friend and the car cranks but does not start when I spray it with starting fluid it runs form what I have found is that the second part of the vats system is is not putting power to the injectors. I tried to measure the resistance through the key at 20k. And my reading was .06 does this seem right any help would be great thank you
