Default 88 Camaro Crank... Urgent

I might be buying an 88 Iroc with a 350 and a bad crank. He says one of the bearings is bad or something. Would I still be able to drive 2 or 3 miles with no problems? I need a car to get to school. My other camaro is junk right now.

Is it a hard job to replace a crank? and how long would the job be to replace it?

-Thanks

That is about like saying you have smoke coming from under the hood, can you drive the car without it catching fire.
How does this person know a bearing is bad? His best guess?

i personally wouldnt even start it if hes claiming that problem. And honestly, unless you got the money to spend, i would just walk away..

your gonna replace a crank, the engines gonna come out. it will take some time but if you have the time and money, go right ahead.
