Newbie here. Been trying to find an AC hose as the current one on the car when I bought it had a hole in it. Ordered several different ones for a 87 5.7L and none of them fit. 2 different mechanics are saying it probably has different year parts and maybe engine. Any way to tell how in the hell I can find one to fit?

 

Buy a hose having the correct fittings on each end.
Then take Camaro and hose to a Pneumatic/Hydraulic hose shop and have them replace the hose onto the bought hose.

Thanks Everett for your response. Will have to look around for a shop. Wish I could tell the year of the parts, maybe 89 or early 90's if those years are applicable, to buy the right hose.
