i press on brake pedal car stops like normal,release pedal sometimes pedal does not return brakes drag until i lift pedal up with foot,brand new master cyl problem still there.anyone have same problem?i took booster off car and when i push on rod there is a lot of spring resistance.

 

is the pedal return spring still on the pedal? look under the dash at the pedal
