Cannot find a replacement for the Intermediate exhaust pipe from cat to muffler. Where it bolts to the cat is flat steel with a four bolt mounting, which is unique to the h.o. engine. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do so I can get this car back on the road?

 

Any shop that fabricated exhaust can make it for you. Sometimes its speed shops and sometimes they are purely exhaust shops. If you have trouble finding one local check a cruise night and ask around. Any car that has a custom swapped engine probably knows of a shop.

 

Not sure this what you're looking for, but is for a 1984 305 and has a four bolt flange like you have described.
