Does anyone have any info on this swap? Bought for my sons 1st car and has a 2.8 that is knocking but got for 300.00 with good body. I got the 5.3 with trans,computer, power steering pump, alt, ac condensor bracket pulleys and wiring harness for under 2g's w/ 35,000 miles. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

 

be the same set-up as putting in a LS1 ,both engines share external dimensions. http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/check with thse guy's they have LS1 conversion parts and can give you a heads-up on what to do.
