Hello there

Im rebuilding an 83 berlietta for my brothers birthday and i need help.

My brother bought this berlinetta a couple years ago and he has never had time to work on it.
He has a berlinetta with a 2.8 L TPI engine in it

It needs a carb to turn over. However it hasnt been started in a couple years.

is there anything that I can do to help make it start easier and make it purr?

what kind of cheap modifications can i do to get more then 107 hp out of the engine?

Any advice will be good as a starting point.
