what can i do to wake-up my 3.1? plugs,wires?

A tune up never hurts. You could get some MSD wires. Check on a cap that has the brass contacts. Fuel filter. I at least change mine every other oil change. Don't waste the money on those iridium plugs. They never seem to work well if your car did not come with them. And for heaven sakes if you have an automatic do a service on it. I see so many people neglect it. A manual can go further without a fluid change. Pacesetters makes headers. Thier application says to 90 2.8 V6 but it was a 3.1 in 90. I dunno they should work.

 

When I first bought mine it was Red on Red w/Red wheels. I got tired of it (and the lack of clear coat) and sanded it down and painted it black. Now its a mess...should of just kept it Red (or pink in the places with no clear coat where the paint faded).
