Default 1992 RS turn signal help

I bought this bad boy a few months back. I didn't notice it didn't have the turn signals on the front so I'm planning on buying them soon. I was told that the bottom trim of my front bumper is from a berlinetta (it doesn't even connect right on the body). and I'm not sure if the front bumper is the original part or from a 1992. I don't have the same 10mm bolt as shown in this video nor do I have a way to mount the turn signal. Where can I mount it if there's no bolt holes?nothing looks broken/snapped off Any help is appreciated thanks.

If yours looks like the one in the video, then it has an entirely wrong front nose put on it. A picture of what you're dealing with yours might help.
Here's a pic of my old 91 RS, which is what your 92 should also look like.

How am I supposed to mount the turn signals? I Don't see anywhere to screw them in
