RE: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anniversary
why would you waste the money for an otherwise stock (or nearly stock) car on a performance chip? On thirdgenforums.com, there's a howto on how to disable the speed limiting device by seperating the connection from the sensor. It's like $5 for wire and a switch... plus, the chip isn't going to hold you back that much.
At any rate, I have a 92 RS, It's red with the vinyls, and has a 5speed manual and 305. I'm getting bodywork done on it, and I'm repainting it shortly, so it should be pretty awesome when done. I'm thinking about getting real stripes instead of those cheap vinyls.

RE: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anniversary
A good friend of mine has a teal 5 speed that he's had for a while and is restoring. He's been trying to find this one part unsuccessfully and so I thought I'd help out.
That is if someone out there can put me in the right direction.
Directly behind the front lower valance panel is a part that covers the area dirctly below the radiator, it has an air scoop and directs the air flow up in front of the radiator.
One - What is the actual name of this part?
And two - Does anyone know where we can find one?
I hope there's still someone out there.
Thank you,
Mike
