My car isn't working and i dont know what it is. I have changed the fuel filter, & I have charged it. The engine doesn't turn over. It is really starting to make me mad because i have been paying insurance just to say I got a Camaro.

 

Need better description of your problem. What type engine, V6 or V8 ? Are you saying that the starter is not cranking the engine, or that the starter is cranking the engine, and the engine won't start?
