I'm looking at buying a 1988 Camaro. The outside is very nice but there is an area with severe rotting under the hood. It is rotting on the two ends of a bar directly above the radiator. I suspect it is the radiator support upper tie bar but I'm not sure. Is this an easy fix or do I have to do some major internal support overhauling? Thanks
