JUST A MINUTE, Are you saying you changed the transmission and the carb and still have the problem????

700R4 Transmission - JUST REBUILD AND TESTED
BRAND NEW Edelbrock Performer Series Carb - Turned and YES the throttle cable to the carb is connected by the Transmission shop

Still having the issue... Engine sounds fine at an idle... But severely lacks power and sounds like its going to blow when you touch the gas

I'm trying to figure this guy out. If he had this problem before he had trans rebuilt, and took it to a shop, WHY would they rebuild trans if they knew it was not problem???? IF I took my car somewhere and they said " Yeah it needs to be rebuilt " and then it did not change after they worked on it then they would not get any money from ME!! He said it was tested, how can that be if it revs to the moon and does'nt go??
