I have an 84 berlinetta and i dont like the pedestal radio so i bought a 4 speaker system with the deck. I want a console out of a "normal" 3rd gen so the deck will fit in it, how much cutting do i need to do to the dash? i dont know what mine looks like compared to the regular kind. I'm just going to set it in the gaping hole for now, but eventually i want it to look seamless. Any ideas how to get a console to fit? thanks

 

you should take a pic of your dash cuz i have a 84 camaro and i might be able to see cuz mine has a aftermarket deck but when i first got it their was just a hole in the dash already but i had to put one in my 63 and had to do a little work to make it look good
