You won't know for sure until you clean things up but the window seal area may need replaced and the roof may need metal work. Around where I live it would be much cheaper to start with a car in better shape. I am seeing 100+ hours in metal work by a skilled metal worker. plus a some cash for the parts. If there are 3 or 4 places like that on the car you are looking at north of $10,000 in metal work. That is without a paint job.
