Default Visor Mounts

Do the three mounting screws have metal anchoring holes or do they just srcew into the headliner board?
The PO installed a new headliner but did not reinstall the visor hardware.
I can feel the large center holes through the felt for the spring loaded swivals to go through but not the screw holes.
I would hate to F-Up the new liner mounting these things.

There should be holes up there someplace in the metal.

Thanks.
I think I can fish around for them with a sewing needle and not damage the headliner material.

Be sure your visors are mounted in the correct direction too! I accidentally swapped mine left to right and they don't swing correctly. Had to swap them back to allow them to move and lay right.

There are holes in the metal above the headliner. I had my headliner redone and had the same issue. They covered up the holes. I ended up doing what you're doing with the sewing needle. It worked for me. lol Except I used a tooth pick. Luckily I only stabbed it through where the visor mount sits Otherwise I'd have little holes showing all over the place

I did my own headliner and just screwed the screws into the holes before installing the liner. Then after it was in I used a knife to poke the heads through the liner and mount the visors.
