looking for a hydraulic camshaft for a 1971 z28 350
4speed 373 rear motor is bored 60 over about 10 1/2 to one compression 202 angle plug heads stock 780 cfm carb
looking for rough idle hot street cam range 3000 to 6800
need some proven advice thanks for your time

 

Sounds like your engine is very close to what the 1970 Camaro Z28 350 was, and I think the factory cam specs for that cam would be a good choice. Here's the specs, so you can look at what various suppliers have in their specs in a hydraulic version:
257/269 @ .050 493/512 lift 112 LSA 4200-7200rpm

This cam would idle at around 800 rpm's, sound great, but pull strong to 7,000 rpm.
