do you know anywhere i can get the measurements for my drive shaft? while the car was being towed, i guess they took the bolts out of the yolk and the whole drive shaft flea out on the freeway. any clue where i can find a replacement?

True dat.

On the rear end being a posi or not, just jack up both rear wheels at the same time and with the car in neutral (guess it doesn't mater with no drive line lol) spin one wheel forward.
If the other wheel spins the same direction it's a posi if it spins the opposite direction it's not.

by golly i think u can find one on the freeway. well u need one for an auto trans if thats what u got. the auto and standard tranys have a different length driveline. check on the net. ebay etc. spohn performance makes a killer driveshaft.

A limited slip center section, maybe some new gears, the right tools, and the know-how to set it up right.
Are you having traction problems with your killer 305?
Having a one-tire-fryer can be fun too!

the rear end. lol well if its a 10 bolt rearend, they are hard to change the slug on with all the adjustments that have to be just right and all. sooo i would change the whole thing if u want posi. be a good time to think about a gear change to. 342 or maybe 373s.
