Cooling Woes!

Thanks guys,
I found the problem, someone had fitted a pusher fan on the inside of the radiator as a puller, wired it + earth so it ran the right way, but the blades were going backwards! I bought a new Spal 16" and fitted it, now running great!

I'm assuming the "someone" wasn't you?

???? Not sure what that even means? Is the stock cooler a dry system?

No not me, I just purchased this car at the end of 2012, it has a lot of good bits on it, but seems to have been just thrown together and never sorted, I got it at a good price knowing I would have to put some time and $$ into it.

I've seen that happen more than once! If people would do the cardboard test to see if it gets sucked against the radiator, or pushed away if the fan is a pusher, they'd realize their mistake. Glad you found it, and got it fixed!
