Lol, so in a sense a choke cable. Someone else was telling me that a great wat to bring the RPMs down is to have a body hold the brake and time in drive. I looked in my chilton guide for the propper timing/idle procedure. Says to do it in neutral, regardless if AT or MT. I don't have a CCC set up with idle solenoid. But a see where my friend is saying to get lower rpms in drive. Would explains why the tires just about chirp when going into drive because of the load applied.

My cousin took apart my carb. Looks like there is scratches from the butterflies on the primaries. I rebuilt the used carb and centered them upon reassembly but sounds like it didn't matter. Time for a hone.
