Installed a new 780 cca battery on my Camaro and a new Altenator when i run my radio and headlights my voltage inside car reads 8 and when i kill the car it wont start. is there a short somewhere? or what should i check...

Getting Irritated with having to get jumped everytime i turn it off

problem solved on this one. a wire that goes into the distributor cap that somehow goes to battery was broke off had to rewire it now its charging and running like new again
