Default 1986 IROC TPS Problems

I have a 1986 IROC with a 305 FI. I set the TPS to .525 it will run fine for a little bit and die. I go out and check to TPS it now reads .527 and will run but you cant give it any gas it will die. The light will be on but it will not read any codes The car was given to me and im just trying to get it going without spending a butt load of money.
Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Deleted previous nonsense post. So your reply may seem a little strange, sorry.

when i got this car home i had way to many people looking at it with me and they were just throwing out crap i should look at. Well after they left i was able to start looking rite and found that i have no power going to the injectors. So im going to get the new computer and go from there.

The computer does not provide power to the injectors. Power is provided through the ignition switch and then through 2 fuses (1 per bank) and then to the injectors. The computer controls the injectors by providing a momentary ground to complete the circuit whenever it wants to fire the injectors. Your car uses batch fired injectors, which means it alternately fires a bank of injectors at a time.
