Default 1986 IROC-Z need HELP PLEASE!!

I have a 1986 Iroc-Z 305 tpi. When I turn on the switch the service engine soon light does not come on and I am getting no power to the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is the middle relay at the fire wall on the right I believe. (If not u can correct me PLEASE) I am stumped. The fuse is not blown in the fuse block. I am desperate for any information as to what is going on and how I can find out what is up.

The fuel pump does not have power to it. I'm not sure on VATS because I'm new to this model car. All I can tell you about the vehicle itself is that it is all stock.

86 models do not have the VATS system. Check the fuse for fuel pump first and if that is ok try replacing the fuel pump relay on the firewall (cheap part around $15) as noted in picture.

Well if your fuel pump doesnt have power I would start there and test that before you do anything else.
