recommended trans for 80 rs with 350

Looking for a good 4 or 5spd.

A Muncie would be a good 4 speed. For a 5 speed, a Tremec TKO 500 or 600 (the numbers are the torque rating). TKO would be my choice, for the overdrive feature alone. Stay away from the T5, it'll be too weak.

The question is... what will you be using the car for..... That would tell me what tranny I would be looking for.
