Hotchkis A Arms Having Bad Camber Adjustment
Patrick Britain from Hotchkis Suspension has admitted on Email That They have designed some of their tubular A Arms with poor camber design so your front tires wear out way sooner than they should on the street , but refuse to fix the problem even though they have changed their design to fix this problem. There must be alot of A arms out there with this design flaw. Very poor customer service. Be careful buying their tubular A Arms. In a 1970 Camaro , with no shims between the A Arm cross shaft and the chassis , the camber is designed for 3 degrees( you tires lean inwards ) , so you cannot adjust them to have a suitable camber adjustment for street driving.
