Default 71 camaro rear shock relocation

I just bought a 71 Camaro and putting another rear in the car which I need to fab up. I bought the car with no rear so I do t have and spring perches or shock plates yet. I am also planning on using the competition engineering shock relocation bar so my question is. What bottom shock plates are you guys using with the relocation bar.

I am planning on 1/4 mile racing the car. i don’t plan on four linking the car yet. Thanks for the help in advance.

Welcome, Rick, to the Club.
You could swap sides on the plates as I imagine the new bar places the shock inside the springs.
Or, buy a set of '67 plates and swap sides with them.
Or, buy a set of CE plates - what does the instruction sheet read?

Thank you sir.
i have not bought the relocation bar yet and cant find instruction or anyone that can answer that question. I guess i could just swap them from side to side. I cant realy find spring plates for a 71 and i know they arent the same as a 67 because we restored my brothers 67

You might contact CE Customer Service and ask them for instruction sheet(s).
