He used to frequent Nasty but liked this place for simplicity I think. Now we have more sub forums then they do. Can someone point me to the wiper blade section, lol.

 

I agree completely, and I like him too. But not liking something about a site format change, and misinterpreting the intent behind why a thread gets closed, isn't reason to up and leave a place one claims to like so much. By the way, according to who I saw where this morning, he hasn't "left". I'd call it more of a post boycott.

My intent with this thread was for him to see if he does "stop by." We all enjoy having him around. And he will be sorely missed as a go to guy for electrical questions.

 

He is way more than elec questions!! Mech,body,etc!

 

Kinda scary that Big Brother watches where you come and go!!

 

Sorry to see Val go. I too enjoyed his advise and expertise. I have to agree, I don't care for the new format at all. I hope things change and he finds his way back. Good luck Val!

 

I did not get the chance to get to know Val all that well... but he was a smart man from what I read the posts he chimed in on... as to the format... I was to new to really have much of an opinion on it... but I will get used to this just like I got used to the old format
