Thanks Val, Yeah the fabricating is the fun part for sure. Yeah I have missed watching everyone else make progress on there projects. I am glad to be back. I would pop in from time to time but It would make me sad since all work on my car had to stop for a while.

tlittle- I will be using some steel braided lines to run from the master to the fender or frame (instead of the coil) I do prefer to use solid steel lines though. I'm actually not a fan of the look of the steel braided hoses. Plus I think there is a reason that all the auto manufactures still use them for the majority of the brake system. Thanks for the suggestion though. I bought the tools to make perfect flares and pipe benders so I'm already committed in that sense.

a nice looking flare I made. I think they call this type a IOS flare Idk. It's not a single or double 45 it's like a little bubble at the end.

...Wow two years later... I haven't done anything to my car I really want to start working on it again. I sold my shop so I did have a whole year of free time, but I did other things. It's time to start working on it again. Crunch time has turned into Sometime. Sometime usually means never. But I am buying some parts for the car now. So I'll have a reason to start working on it again. I may send the car to the body shop and get the quarters done. I'm going to get moving under it's own power first. Spring I want to have it Driving and by the end of summer mostly done. Cause who am I kinking it will never be "done" haha

Wow! Glad you're still planning to finish it! Wondered what ever happened to you and the build, as it seemed to be going great a couple years ago! Hope you do get it going by spring!

Val good to see your still going strong on here. I am looking for new inner and outer tie rods. Any suggestions where to get some good ones from. I'm looking at moog parts right now on ebay. Thoughts?

I can't comment on Moog products for our cars, but my buddy has a mechanics shop, mostly works on big diesel pickups, he replaces with Moog every time. For the trucks they have a lifetime warranty.

I've always used Moog too. Never had an issue with quality or fit. Put all new Moog parts in the new front suspension on my '63 Falcon gasser last year, and I was still impressed with their quality.
