even though im making over 600 hp at the engine, made 583 rwhp in my 87 irocz.hope they will work as i can get the exhaust really cheap, and its in super shape.yeah its duals all the way back exits at the rear of the car.

I think you'll be happy. The 2.5's won't choke your motor, just trade off high RPM power for low end torque. Where its fun.

yeah thats what i was thinking too,as my engine doesnt need to rev much,im gonna set rev limiter to 6200,makes maximum hp at 5300 anyway, and max torque at 4200 so the 2.5 im hoping will work great, and be much quiter than the 3 inch.i had 4 inch single exhaust on my irocz and that thing was obnoxiously load didnt like it,i hated driving that car in town it was that load, never again.i like performance with a good rumble no so load it shakes the windows,i think the 2.5 will give me great sound and performance.thats what im hoping to accomplish, even if i lost a few horsepower i wouldnt mind, could stand to loose a few anyway, and it will probably increase my torque wich is a good trade off thats what u really feel when ur driving it.

yeah damon me too,i want an exhaust thats mellow while cruising, with a little rumble when i step on it,i think the 2.5 will be perfect for that, just wanted to make sure i wasnt gonna choke my engine, deont mind if i loose a few horsepower just dont want it to run bad,i think the 2.5 is gonna work just fine, but i think im gonna swap the flowmasters out for some good magnaflow mufflers i like the sound of them much better.i feel u can get good performance without have to be loud, getting tired of the load exhausts, this time i wanna go mellow.would like to atleast be able to hear my radio while cruising.
