I read your adding a flex additive. I never did on my 78 and its still not cracked. In fact its sitting in the garage with no support under it so it collapsed but still no cracking.

i decided dont to use the flex additive,im painting with urethane they said it should be fine without it,but did use a adhesion promoter on the bare spots, got it all primed today doesnt look too bad, much better than it did, still have a few spots im gonna need to touch up with some spot putty, but overall much better.

another beautiful day in michigan was 65 degrees out,got another panel done today my passanger fender spent the day sanding the fender by hand i always sand my panels by hand,i feel i can get a much straighter and smoother panel that way,im not very good with a d.a sander always sand to much off.so i got my fender all sanded and smoothed out, hardest part was all the rock chips at bottom of the fender ended sanding that down to the primer.in one hour i will be going out to lay my last coat of primer then its on to the next panel, yahhhh!!!!.

Not bad. Easy fix. How are the corners at the windshield? That was the biggest spot I look for on any second gen.
